Guardianship and Future Care Planning 

This presentation provides an overview of the Article 17-a guardianship process, along with alternatives to guardianship, to help families make informed decisions for the future care of individuals with disabilities. A brief discussion on Supplemental Needs Trusts and ABLE accounts will also be included, offering additional tools for planning and financial security. This session is ideal for families interested in learning about guardianship options and strategies to ensure long-term care and support.
